We are delighted to you have your child joining us at VTC House!
Following are some helpful explanations and links of what to expect in the coming year.

Administrative offices are open from 7:30am - 16:30pm. All students can arrive as early as 7:30am.
Full-time students hours are from 8:00am - 13:30pm while Part-time students hours are scheduled individually between the hours of 8:00am - 17:00pm either online or on campus.
Parents are welcome to park outside the premises to collect or drop off their children from VTC House.
Extra lessons can be scheduled between the hours of 08:00am - 19:00pm for online sessions and
between 13:00pm - 19:00pm for campus sessions.
View the Term Dates page to find out when the campus as well as online academic programme will be closed for various public holidays and breaks or professional development days.
All part-time tuition fees, full-time student tuition fees, and GED fees are paid by debit order which is deducted on the first of each month. However for additional costs and extra lessons, parents can pay via credit card, and cash at the reception office on campus.

All textbooks can either be pre-ordered through our reception office or ordered directly by parents online. If pre-ordered by VTC House, note that payment of all textbook quotes will need to be paid upfront before we order any textbooks. It is advised to order as early as possible to avoid delivery delays from our suppliers.
This is not a required supply list although for students doing art as a subject, additional costs may be incurred for art supplies.

We pride ourselves in being one of the few high school centres that maintain a high focus on ensuring that the majority of our teaching classes between students and teachers are 1-on-1.
Our teachers and administrators thoughtfully consider all students' learning needs, personalities and subject when matching them accordingly with one of our fantastic teachers.
Campus students:
On a student's first day of class, they will be will given a printout of their class timetable, their account user name and login password to use to access their online class timetable and be shown how to use our VTC House app.
Online students:
After a student has successfully been accepted at VTC House, they will be emailed their class timetable, their account user name and login password to use to access their online class timetable. They will also be contacted to schedule an online session by our technical team to be shown how to use our VTC House app for communication, class timetable and other aspects.
You will receive regular emails from us informing you of the latest news, events, and announcements.
