Our Academic Focus
With over 15 years of experience behind us in running VTC House, and dealing with many different types of students at different levels, we have improved and fine-tuned our academic approach over the years to be a remarkably successful formula of ours which results speak for themselves year after year.
Our individually tailored academic focus is one that starts with assessing where each child is academically when they join us at VTC House and thereafter providing a clearly marked strategy for that child to reach their goals. Lastly our structured learning environment ensures that your child creates the discipline needed to reach their academic goals and succeed in their exams.
This focus ensures that your child is not just slotted into a class where they are just another number, where they don't get left behind and where they have the individual 1-on-1 tutoring that they need to succeed.
We like to treat each child as if they were our own, so our small classes, structured approach and individual focus results in them leaving VTC House having reached their full potential and ready for the next stage of their lives.
We're not your 'typical school'
We are a very unique centre offering both the International Cambridge syllabus and GED syllabus for high school students from Grade 8 -12 and above.
We have many parents that are finding that are new to the Cambridge or GED syllabus and we help their child transition smoothly from government syllabus or other cirricula so no need to worry about your child adapting to a new syllabus as it's not that difficult as you might assume.

We offer a range of subjects to our students.
We offer Full Time Tuition Options and Part Time Tuition Options both on campus and online.
In addition, VTC House offers Extra Lessons for 1-on-1 individual tutoring.
Academic Achievements
One of our students achieved the highest mark in South Africa for Biology AS Level Cambridge examination in June 2017.
Awarded the Certificate of Excellence in Education by Department of Education of South Africa in our contribution to excellent education to the country.

We are one of the first in our region to utilise technology in the classroom and have our own phone app for students to access online timetable and for easy communication.
